I love Chinese food leftovers (mostly Sesame chicken and fried rice) but it's hilarious the way it functions like an instant sedative... Sooo sleepy.. lol

@rfquerin i recently stop eating rice as my main carbonhydrate.

It is high GI type, making my blood sugar level very high. ;-)

@mdrights while I don't have any blood sugar issues, I have been trying out steel cut oats with raspberries for breakfast lately (which are both relatively low GI I think). Surprisingly I think I'm obsessed with it now. Lol.
