And there is a nginx welcome message on my blog again. Why is this happening
@peterbabic is this nginx server running on a debian/ubuntu OS? If so, a default config file gets installed into /etc/nginx/sites-available/default -- and this file gets overwritten if the nginx package gets updated on the system. If this is the case, delete the default file and leave your website config intact. If you configured your websites settings within this default file, they will be overwritten and the nginx welcome message comes back. I'd break out your website config into it's own file
@unicornfarts Thanks for an advice. Looks like this time it was something different - a combination of caching and an expired LetsEncrypt cert.
It was supposed to be renewed with acme.sh but there was some error. Manually it got renewed only on the fourth attempt. Not sure why, problems started just now.
