Hey EU friends experiencing the heat wave please remember to:
Keep water with you at all times, stay hydrated
Wear loose fitting clothing so your body can keep cool
Avoid spending excess time in parked vehicles
Avoid excess soda, alcohol, or caffiene
Eat foods with high water content (chilled fruits, etc)
If you feel dizzy, have goosebumps/chills, nausea, rapid pulse, difficulty breathing, or an intense headache drink lots of water and rest.

@ratbaby oh its not as bad as it's in Texas (I've heard it was HELLISHLY warm), and most of my friends here who work in an office have just skipped work (or told to go home by the boss) since its so warm.
The big problem is the drought - the worst in recorded history - and the forest fires.
But it could be worse.
@ratbaby But we got beers, and tonight is the longest lasting bloodmoon/eclipse so we're going out to see that :)
