Currently debating whether or not I should include the Disqus comments on my old blog posts anymore. I turned off comments years ago because they were almost always just spam but some older posts have some useful comments.

Thoughts?

@nzakas I totally agree that you have lots of comments worth preserving.

If you start with that assumption, is it a question of whether you want to have the Disqus utility load on your site or whether you migrate the comments to something on stack? I read you are moving to Astro and not 11ty, but maybe there's some inspiration from @zachleat here: zachleat.com/web/disqus-import
