@harold I just posted this thread on the flaws I see with the architecture:

- Data format is decided by the app so I can be held hostage by the apps.
- Despite using my own domain for identity, to share a thread elsewhere, I still am forced to use a bsky dot app URL, making them a permanent intermediary between me and my audience.
- Big relays have incentive to blacklist small PDS hosts. It is SMTP/XMPP all over again.
