Setup `exercism` CLI
Exercism is a great platform to solve programming exercises. There are mentors to follow your progress and help you with your mistakes. But its CLI program can be a turn-off for beginners who aren't good with terminal.

@murtezayesil Yeah, you're correct, but becoming accustomed to and comfortable with the command line I feel is an important skill if you want to become adept and good at programming :)
I don't disagree, but people may have other priorities.
Else Bash would be thaught before Python.
