@mike @kev a checkout operator was wearing a similar vintage calculator watch a while ago and when I asked it was the same story - she found it in a box in the garage and decided to wear it. No magic geeky backstory.

@moz Well, I was a Transformers nerd as a kid, and I remember begging for one of these guys until I finally got it. I've had it since probably 85. It was really the only Transformer I could take to school. 😉
