Let this be a lesson to hard core 'secure software will save you' folks who believe things like 'auto delete' messages can protect you from prosecution.
Seems that the Prosecution used the fact that SBF used auto delete as further evidence of fraud.

@mempko What's the lesson? That prosecutors will try asinine arguments to make their case? There's enough evidence and enough witness testimony to put him behind bars. Deleted messages are not a crime and the lack of evidence cannot be used as evidence.
@raucao Unfortunately, It doesn't matter since it still influenced the jury. If anyone was on the fence, it probably pushed them over. Deleted messages or 'taking the fifth' should not be used as evidence of guilt but they are. That's the reality we live in.
