Hi I'm big lurker, my programmer life started in 2005, wanted to understand how games are made... after 6 years I wrote a game engine in C and lost my source code in 2012 😅, now if I'm not in a meeting or sleeping I always have a keyboard in hand to write code and learn new stuff. I host all software that I use mail, web, git, matrix etc.. so I can have control over it. I'm an introvert and a highly sensitive person, I work as a software engineer and I don't how I made it so far 😂

And thus, the ends.

I replaced the power supply despite measuring all the correct voltages at each pin.

And that fixed it. No more crashes. Thanks to all!

Got some new modules today!

If I also receive my new motherboard today to stop my computer from randomly shutting down, there will be a live synth exploration tonight!

After 15+ years of professional Python work I published my first package on PyPI today. Something small that I extracted from my pastebin project. Poetry made it a snap to publish. pypi.org/project/basewhat/

Let's keep this short.

I've been feeling mentally depleted recently and find it hard to work.

I normally don't share this publicly like this but I do not know what to do with the information. I feel bad when not fixing bugs or adding features to keyoxide and wouldn't want to give the impression of it being abandoned. There's no "platform" to let people know I'm still working on it, but, just not momentarily. There's still lots to do and I look forward to it.

Stay sane, folks

So, turns out my "sploding CPU" problem that kept undermining my stream yesterday is probably due to OBS itself.

Tried several window managers, still crashed.

Tried the virtual camera with OBS without streaming, still crashed.

Run computer without OBS, no crash.

Not conclusive just yet, but something to look into.
