It's pretty amazing that you can develop an app using KDE's libraries in KDE's IDE, have wonderful artists make your project artwork in KDE's painting app and edit a video about it all in KDE's video editor. The number of organizations that could tell the same story can be counted on one hand. The scope of what the community does is stunning.

@lunduke that lunduke fella seems alright

party on dude

@brandon yeah thats all I ever use it for as well, I was being facetious

@ataraxia937 fair enough

other option might be if you have an old machine lying around, put windows on that and share the printer via smb and just use a generic PCL driver. Infact some of the HP printers will share themselves via smb

@ataraxia937 if the printer is brand new, put it back in the box and ebay it as "new but open"

Buy a printer with Linux support

Feel secure in your principles

(dont) profit

@1792coins according to the lore, the Heisenberg compensator allows the precise spin of every atom and electron in your body at the time of transport to be recorded. When reassembled you are right down to the subatomic level the same as you were before reassembly.

Dead? no. Not existing for a moment? Yes. Are you the same maybe not, but not in anyway that would matter

Understand my words with full knowledge and reverence for my connection to the void.

My data is not yours to own.

You came here and asked to sell us things, then tracked us with the things you sold us.

You came here and begged for trust, which many gave you, then betrayed it by selling our secrets.

Then you took away our nation.

My data is not yours to own.

@RyuKurisu the appeal is that suse does it for you, I'd have to sit down and work it out to do it on a Fedora install.

Maybe a version of Red Hat's Stratis file system will come to Fedora eventually and do all that btrfs does for opensuse

Timeshift borked my SELinux - oh Fedora why don't you support btrfs system snapshots like OpenSUSE?

@geotechland I had an R9 Nano before this, I only just managed to fit it into my mini-itx case. I have about 20mm to spare

bought a 5700 XT, compiling mesa and llvm.

Takes me back to the last video card I bought when it was bleeding edge

Mildly profane #ScreenshotSunday

@mike got a source on the wallpaper?

cheers I'll check it out - my understanding is that LOS's Privacy Guard does the same thing as shelter?

@blacklight447 well aware, its a compromise for a couple of friends and family.

It runs behind PrivacyGuard on my LineageOS phone, with most of its privileges denied
