exactly.. it's basically a whole mastodon instance with just a single account (actually 2 accounts, one being an admin account).
it for example doesn't expose a landing page for registration etc, but redirects directly to the user's timeline
running my own instance was just too much effort. the tool needs quite some resources and maintenance overhead..
autoforcefollowing is a mandatory feature since a few versions.. but don't worry, there is also manualunfollow to counter that ;-)
