@markosaric if you are interested in a fuld blown cmdb, helpdesk and a lot more, also checkout #iTop. Although I am not sure, it may be more targeted at internal helpdesks in large orgs.

@markosaric we keep it very simple with helpdesk.. everything else had too much crap we just don't need and that we felt would only complicate basic support
