Bought some meat today to try making some jerky in the traeger tomorrow. Got it marinating in a few different mixes over night. We'll see how this goes.

@logrus1 oh what temp do you smoke it at and for how long? I must try this.

@Anfeald going to use just the smoke setting so around 180. We'll see how long it takes.

@logrus1 cool! Need to look up some marinades, found any good ones?

@Anfeald going to be trying just some teriyaki and korean bbq stuff from a bottle but also got some in a spicier mix of soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, sweet chili sauce, garlic salt, brown sugar, and black pepper. Then also have some in a bulgogi sauce. We'll see how that all turns out.
