I do recommend resistance training for everyone, you don't have to be a gym nutter to do it, it's incredibly good for health
@ljs You’ve made such great progress! People underestimate the importance of weightlifting. I was lifting pretty heavily when I was in the best shape of my life. I still lift, but I need to take it more seriously

I honestly get into realms of mental craziness where I almost deny the weight loss sometimes, it's mad what your head does.
Meanwhile I go to the gym 5 times a week, run a major cut, do an hour on stairmaster and more than an hour of weights each time and tonnes of cardio on 'off' days, eat barely anything but brain says 'no lorenzo still fat!'...!
But yeah weights obviously I live for them haha
@geekygirldawn oh and then we get on to the fun of loose skin... nature's revenge haha!
