I like my new (well, new to me) #Silverblue tablet! #linuxtablet
It works alright out of the box. Without the changes, Bluetooth and Wifi work. Suspend sometimes works, cameras don't.
I bought this device on eBay without doing research for 37,50 EUR for fun and late at night, for that it's quite alright – but I suggest you to do some more research beforehand. This device throttles for thermal reasons under load.
What's most annoying in practice is that it has a tinier-than-usual sqare Lenovo power connector. While I am not always super happy with USB-C, the fact that crap like that is rarely found in modern devices, shows that USB-C has quite some upsides.
@linmob ooh nice! How's the hardware support, especially sleep/suspend and things like WiFi, Bluetooth, camera?
@fedops Wifi, Bluetooth work, suspend is not perfect (sometimes it just doesn't wake up), cameras don't work – on Fedora Silverblue 35 without any tweaks.
@linmob thank you! I guess that's not too big an issue if the boot times are reasonable.
Also mit richtigem aktuellen Kernel?
@chpietsch Nice what device is that?
@linmob surface pro?
@boilingsteam Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet 10 2nd
@linmob does all the hardware work more or less?
@linmob Hows the battery and does the pen work? i would abuse this thing for taling nates and scetching
@Domant3lis The battery is aging. I didn't time it, but I think I managed to get something around 4,5 hours on mine, YMMV. The Pen works!
@linmob omg, that's awesome
