Please help?

I know I do these alot and the community has been amazing propping me up all this time
But I'm 2 days into the 5 day illegal occupancy of my eviction and I'm $1000 short of deposits for a new place thanks to bullshit like a $600 power bill with a 48hr disconnect

My life's a mess and I think I'm cursed or the unluckiest person on the planet. I just want a quiet life with my family

If you can help or boost?

Anyone out there using the pinetab for art?

I'm a novice and have played around with procreate on an ipad and it's so much fun for drawing... Any chance the / comes close to the same functionality?

I guess I'm looking for drawing apps, good OSes and the current status of pinecil functionality!

Thanks ahead :ac_flourish:

Philosophical question for you #linux #packaging guys out there:

Can one "package" have more than one source?

#nixos #archlinux #arch #debian #ubuntu #centos #fedora (tags for maximum visibility).

Please comment with reasoning, not with examples!

Has anyone here used IRC with OTR? How is the experience and how does it compare with other things like XMPP+OMEMO or Matrix?

Boosts welcome.

Funny how #CloudFlare is there to 'protect websites' but in this case they're fucking us over... The DDoS attack on us was fixed by #Hetzner and not CloudFlare, thanks for nothing guys!

We're leaving CloudFlare again now since they are only there to be a pain in the *** and gather even more data for controlling the web. :blobcatwave:

Welp, I'm officially laid off as of now.

If you know of any good opportunities for a Senior Software Engineer at a reasonably pro-social company, I'd appreciate a heads up; and please boost if you think anybody following you might!

Please consider boosting.

This is me screaming across the fediverse. I'm looking for people that used the original Seesmic before the service was shut down in 2009. I feel like if I were to reconnect with anyone from there, they'd be on the fediverse in 2020.

For context, Seesmic was a cross between YouTube and Twitter. Micro-video blogging with threaded conversations, no commenting, only videos.

I feel with a custom PeerTube instance we can maybe recreate what once was, what do you think?
