android app keeps saying "SSL initialization failed" during upload. Changing the SSL Cypher got it to work sometimes, but this error still appears sometimes. Any ideas?

@joseph what SSL are you using? I'm using without issue.

@joseph @kev I've had that notification pop up sometimes, but uploads still seemed to work fine. Now I don't get the notification any more, maybe because I updated the android app?

@nutomic are you using the development version?

@joseph no, the normal version from F-Droid (3.1.0)

@nutomic Ah, I'm already using that. I'm wondering if it has something to do with my network. I'm going to try uploading from public WiFi when I get a chance.

@kev Do you have any issue when uploading a video or another large file from your phone?

@joseph I've not tried, sorry. Pics etc. Work fine though.

@kev It seems the SSL error occurs more with video files, so I'm thinking it has something to do with file size. There's a bug report for it already from January though, so I'm guessing it'll be a while before it's fixed.

I think I might set up something else to sync my photos and videos to Nextcloud. Maybe Resilio + the photo organizer script I used for Google Photos on a cron.
