After my first talk at @cascadiarconf , I finally made a 20 minute vlog on my roadtrip to Seattle, WA where the event took place. 
Throughout this trip, me, my sister, and my mother drove about 850 miles - an unexpected, but amazing journey unlike anything I ever did before!

Terrific video, Ken! Your journey is so inspirational and now I have the itch to try and attend the Cascadia R conf (especially since I got a taste of Seattle at positconf this month).

And yes, you should definitely try @cascadiarconf if possible! It might be smaller and shorter than @Posit conf, but it's still fun, meaningful, and informative as a conference focused entirely on R
