@rudolf I'm testing the battery with AccuBattery. So far it seems it's ok. I need to get my hands on one of those OTG adapters.
I'll probably go ahead with the screen replacing. Just wondering if it's worth the 60€ for an old phone. The phone seems to be running really fast and snappy though 😅

I got this OnePlus One from my sister so I can try and get rid of my S8.
Problem is the screen is screwed, a lot of areas simply don't work at all. It seems my sister changed it but either the screen was bad or it was badly replaced. Battery I'm still trying to figure out if it's in decent health or not.
A new screen will cost me 60€ to replace, and I have no idea about the battery.
Anyone here changed the screen or battery in one of these?

@mzeinali Thanks! I've always needed to change to Samsung keyboard for that, no more! سپاسگزارم

@Tayo My apologies, the reply just automatically adds you and I didn't removed it.

@Matter I had the exact same feeling 😅

@brandon @Tayo Not quite. It seems the general sentiment was on favour of him. Trump just said he will target cultural Iranian sites!? That's exactly what ISIS and Daesh did!!! And he's being called a hero?! I'm amazed how the rest of the world does nothing and some even back him up...

@brandon @Tayo Even people who were not very fond of him, are pretty pissed right now. The US just turned him into a martyr, which is just the worst thing you could do. But it seems most were for him, not because "he killed Americans", but because of all the work it seems he's reponsible for in the countries around here.

@Tayo @brandon I'm in Iran, the sentiment here is almost unanimous across the country. It wasn't a bold move, it was a dumb move. You could have done this 100 times already and much more subtle. This wasn't a response to the embassy incident and everyone knows it. Iran could just do the exact same thing now and use the same excuse you did "he killed a lot of Americans", and the ball goes back and forth. I really hope I'm wrong but this won't end well for anyone around the world...

US Politics

@jordan31 @Mundon I am, and I think you should too. The ones who suffer the most are usually the ones who have nothing to do with this: The general population. I really hope it doesn't escalate to anything beyond control.

US Politics

@jordan31 @Mundon I'm not saying the guy was a saint, but he was just another military leader like all countries have. Iran could do exactly the same thing now and use the same justifications. Why doesn't the US strikes Russia, Saudi Arabia, North Korea? All of them have been confirmed to kill American people. You know as well as everyone else that this hit had nothing to do with "he killed a lot of Americans". Two days ago, 95% of Americans had no idea who that general was 😜

US Politics

@jordan31 @Mundon You mean the one where they broke into the gates and set something on fire. Where no one died. And then Trump orders a drone strike on Iraqui grounds that kills the most respected person in Iran. I'm in Iran and I don't really think people realize that Soleimani was much more respected than Khamenei. Another thing I believe most people also don't know is that Iranians have a very distinct opinion between the American people and the American government 😉

US Politics

@jordan31 @Mundon And why wouldn't the US do the same?
