How to wget Google Takeout:

1. Start the download in Firefox.

2. Right-click the download in Firefox and choose "Copy download link". This will copy the authenticated download link so you don't need to use elinks or anything.

3. Cancel the download.

4. Now you can wget the link you copied from Firefox. It will have a very long file name, so you should manually set a file name in wget like "wget -O part1.zip https://example.tld/"

@joseph yup that's the way to do that with a lot of downloads. I find myself having to download stuff on my server and then sync it through Nextcloud a lot since my connection where I live is so shitty it gets timed out from the server before it finishes
