@jordan31 When I was very young, I picked the Vic-20 over the other affordable computers at the time because it had a good keyboard. Since the only way to get programs into it was by typing them in, I think it was a good move. (no tape or disk for me yet)

@murph I would love to own the equipment for tape and to move my programs around with that. Maybe I'm wanting to experience the computing methods of the glory days.

@jordan31 Tape was not great, even in my long-ago reccolection. If you go down that road, a 1541 disk drive will feel plenty anachronistic.

@jordan31 I still recall waiting for what felt like a long period of time (probably only 15 minutes) only to have a program load fail with tape.
