Just saw and official say they can't process unemployment claims because their mainframe systems were create in the 70s, when she was born.
That's total BS. The reason many mainframe systems aren't up to various tasks is more likely that they haven't been maintained and improved adequate since the 70s. It's still THE platform for processing transactions. Stop programming them like it's the 70s, "Dinosaur brains: Designing and coding for the mainframe as if it stopped evolving in the 1970s.
