@wion I might agree. I often feel like boosting something, but I always feel bad about doing it precisely because I usually unfollow people who boost too much. I want to follow people, not news outlets. It's particularly tricky when I see that people boost a lot and they also reply a lot to people I don't know. Looking at their timeline makes me want to follow them, but actually following them makes me see only the boosts and then I want to unfollow them.
Just a quick note:
If you use something that someone in the open source community made, there is a good chance that they have no idea.
So you know, feedback can be useful, even if it is just 'I use this'.
Going back to that old toot of mine where I asked for #cli Mastodon clients, I think the one I like best right now is #tootstream, written in Python. Basically the only issue I had was that streaming a timeline doesn't keep the prompt active so you have to stop streaming, write your reply or do whatever, and then resume streaming. And if you stream in another window, the IDs generated are not available to your session, obviously. https://github.com/magicalraccoon/tootstream
Hmm. I need a tool/app to blur names in screenshots. Suggestions?

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT PICTURE:
Ratchet & Clank 2 is arguably the best game in the series, and it's really impressive to know that its total development time only lasted ten months

I’m a mechanic/autosparky but travelling with family away for the weekend so had no gear to fix it. The other guys reluctantly stopped but were a massive help.

Ladies front wheel stuck out from her car as she went round a roundabout in front of us. A mobile tractor mechanic was going past so I flagged them down, found the bolt the fell out of her suspension, tractor guys fitted CV back together and tightened the bolts that her mate who last worked on her car left loose...
An hour out of my journey, and the mechanics finished an hour later.
And pretty sure she won’t let her mate fix her car anymore. That could have killed.
