I'm tired of default keyboard layouts for Vietnamese and I also kinda don't wanna install ibus. Is there a way to customize my keyboard layout for a specific language?

Just found a post in KDE forum from 5 years ago saying there's no graphical way.

@mcsinyx I figured out I had to edit those files but didn't find the tutorial.
