With some extreme-right "free speech" social media getting pummeled by cloud providers and app distributors, we may see a migration of their users towards Mastodon and the Fediverse at large. Batted down the hatches and hang on, it may get rough.
i think they'll only stay long enough to realise that people can mute or block them - or their entire instance - easily, and that they won't get the attention they imagine they deserve.
@Nikolai_Kingsley @alexbuzzbee I agree with this. Most of them won't survive the instances' codes of conduct, specially Fosstodon's.

(Of course, I'm not privy to reports, and I haven't seen anything today, so it's entirely possible it's all been sorted out without me noticing.)
