@hund looks like what we call a crumble in France, except we do that with apples 😊

My rhubarb pie recipe involves eggs, sugar and cream, and a dough (don’t know if it’s the right term for the crust supporting the pie).

Your version looks yummy though!

@Crocmagnon We call it "smulpaj" in Swedish, which translates to "crumble pie". It can be made with any fruit.

This was a calorie friendly version, as I'm currently under a strict calorie limit. Our regular version consists of syrup, heavy cream and a lot more butter. :D
