@hejowhat You can do it. Just think how much better your body will feel after the crap has flushed away. (Try drinking plain water, cold or boiled for a few days and you'll see a difference too). Every time you reject the urge for sugar, you become stronger. Every day you achieve your goal, you get stronger mentally and physically.
