I tried to do a slightly different Diversity talk concentrating on the evidence and what we can do about it in the hope it might encourage more guys to get involved (title "Diversity is too important to be left to women").

(I haven't watched it back myself yet as I hate watching myself speak, hope I didn't say anything daft. I was *very* nervous. For some reason it's much more nerve wracking doing a keynote than it is doing a normal talk or a lecture.)
