Want to write interactive fiction games without having to write a single line of code? Yes, you can. And you don't need any prior knowledge of any programming language to do so. All you need is your imagination and Twine,
Thanks @klaatu for sharing this in episode 12x53 of Gnu World Order podcast.
Given the state of GTK4, GNOME's intentions with regards to theming and it opening the door to fragmentation, proposed changes for GTK5, and lack of confidence that #GNOME is producing an equitable ecosystem for the Linux community, @Solus will be working to build an ecosystem with #EFL. #Budgie 11 will not use GTK. https://joshuastrobl.com/2021/09/14/building-an-alternative-ecosystem

@herag Recently heard your interview on the podcast of @klaatu. Before this interview the word anarchy used to produce an image consisting of broken shop-fronts, looting, fire, Molotov cocktails, tear-gas, water-canons. I as surprised by the fact that how misunderstood the word anarchy was to me. I was also surprised to learn that many scholars tend to think of Mahatma Gandhi as an anarchist. This might be of interest to you,
I'm from India BTW.
Found my favorite copyright, written by Woody Guthrie:
"This song is Copyrighted in U.S., under Seal of Copyright # 154085, for a period of 28 years, and anybody caught singin it without our permission, will be mighty good friends of ourn, cause we don't give a dern. Publish it. Write it. Sing it. Swing to it. Yodel it. We wrote it, that's all we wanted to do."
An album recommendation for #BandcampFriday
@klaatu and his amazing podcast GNU World Order helped me discover this wonderful album so thank you Klaatu.
But I'm pretty sure @JoeRess wouldn't do it because most likely he would have deleted the whole thread by now as his language there was far from diplomatic to put it mildly. And even if he didn't delete it, he wouldn't dare put it here as it would perhaps be an embarrassment of sort for him.
@joeligj12 @hund @Tay0 @Ertain @simon Well here is what happened. I recently learned that KDE Plasma has telemetry built-in via KUserFeedback. And if you are not compiling KDE yourself this telemetry is there by default. Trying to remove libkuserfeedbackcore1 on Debian will remove all of Plasma DE. According to KDE it's opt-in at the moment but "If you build it, They'll come." I shared this on telegram group of LNL in almost identical words. I didn't use a foul word nor I misbehaved in any way.
What happens when you talk about privacy, KDE's telemetry and KUserFeedback on the official telegram group of a podcast called "Late Night Linux"?
Well the host of that podcast and admin/owner of that telegram group @JoeRess kicks you out of that group. He really did that!
Anyway it was a bit surprising/shocking to be honest but loss is not mine. @JoeRess and his podcast lost a listener.
