Five months after Gajim 1.2.2, we’re proud to announce the release of Gajim 1.3.0! Many new features have been developed since, including a complete redesign of both Gajim’s Preferences window and configuration backend, an all new Profile window, support for Chat Markers, a new user interface for voice/video calls, and much more.
@gajim ok, I see that it does but I can't change the language in Gajim portable for windows.
@makhiscal on Windows, we had to disable translations temporarily. This is due to a bug in a package Gajim relies on. Hopefully we’ll be able to ship the next version with translations again!
@gajim ok, thanks for the info. I added the spanish dictionary for spell checking so I'm fine for now.
@gajim Nice to see active development on Gajim!
@gajim
Very interesting, thanks!
If I can offer a bit of hopefully constructive feedback, #Gajim is not the sexiest of applications, but IMO that's in big part due to the historical choice of #GTK as its GUI framework.
With that said, it's an undeniably mature client with great potential (I use it for service discovery and configuration), and the new screenshots are looking quite nice.
Looking forward to checking it out when it lands on #Tumbleweed. 👍
@gajim
Awesome, thanks! You're did some impressive work the last months and still are doing!
@gajim hi, in this release how much language have you included? I do not see a way to put it in Spanish as in 1.2.2
