Just checked with my energy provider—there’s still capacity left in my neighborhood for a heavier connection! 
Looks like upgrading from single phase to three phases is an option! 
@frenck is single phase power connections to house holds in the Netherlands the norm? (I thought this was only a UK approach to power distribution
