Once Odysee finishes syncing my YouTube stuff, I'll be able to start making content there. 🙃

Getting a little tired of everyday racism about the Chinese.

I've got issues with their government and its policies, some of them pretty big.

But I can oppose China as a nation for its policies without being racist against the Chinese. My issues with them are around policy, not their race.

Too many folks are quick to use racial denigrations (that I will not reproduce here) as an expression of their unhappiness with the Chinese government.

Gina Carano sacrificed her job to expose who the Disney exec's are.

In our capitalist society, you/we

If this doesn't get you to try the story of Disney expressing gratitude to the group that is ethnically cleansing Uighur Muslims for the Mulan Movie.

"More comprehensive than the data collected by any app... But even if shared with the utmost of care to protect anonymity, it could also present new privacy risks for customers."

When I see the word "demographics", which is x4 in this article, remember that means you are being categorized.

Here's a few things I do when I'm bored:
1. Make an account on .org() on your desktop browser. Do some map editing. It's an intuitive in-browser editor.
2. When walking around the neighborhood, use the app(sign in with your OSM account) to do street-view photos
3. Also while walking around, you can use the " (Sign-in with your OSM acct) app to add info about buildings near your in a fun adventure quest style method.

Sed and awk always guarantee a fun time that lasts for hours

I like the default byobu settings. But tmux is waaay more customizable. Which do you prefer?

I'm never going to stop typing two spaces after a period. Never.

Don't know how to code but still want to contribute to open projects? Consider open street maps!

OSM is the community built map of the world. Anyone can edit the map and all the data is freely available and usable in any of your projects.

Start in your own neighborhood. Maybe your street is missing or named wrong. Update the corner shop hours. Map the parks or sidewalks. Anything helps and many hands make light work!
