Can we take a moment to appreciate ssh?

It's the one piece of software I can think of that just works.

That thing when Amazon say your delivery is 6 stops away and the map shows they're on the next street.

SD cards for Pi Zero - had one cark for the first time yesterday.

Mrs V walks in as I'm opening a parcel that just arrived.

Mrs V: Oooh, what's that
Me: My 3D printing back from the printing bureau
Mrs V: Oh, boring

Day 19 of - I judge software on whether your work can be checked into git.

Honestly waiting for Tim Martin to buy every currently controversial statue in the UK and erect one in each pub. Because it's 2020 and this is what happens now.

Day 16 of - A letter to my MP.

I'm learning Python, but I really don't like snakes.

It's a pity that so many Python books have a picture of a python on the cover.

github forbidding wikis on private repos is so random. what the hell github, let me have a private wiki.

Day 11 of - Some scribblings about IPV6. "We choose to use IPV6 not because it is hard, but because it is easy".

UPDATE: That was speedy for community support - almost first thing EDT I was contacted by and my account updated to allow the post to go through.
