My VPN provider had issues weeks ago, so I moved my -hosted email to @ProtonMail . To be honest, I'm not yet planning on returning to self-hosting : their service is so "frictionless"...

Anytime I need an electronic component (be it a full blown SBC or a simple stepper motor) I feel like I'm on the wrong side of the globe ( ).
Services like FedEx, DHL, ... (to name a few) cost a lot for your average geek.
I really want to fix this issue but don't know where to start.
Any thoughts folks ?
