I recommend you to check if this service has a rate limit otherwise you might get blocked (temporarily) by VivaldiWebMail.

Indeed, we do have limits for outgoing messages as as a spam prevention measure. With services like that it can be quite easy to reach those limits and get the whole account (including access to Vivaldi Social and other services) automatically blocked.

Some time ago (2022) the deltachat folks checked which e-mail providers work well with Delta Chat. Here are their findings:
