Something like write.as or the medium editor, except it saves markdown files in a GitHub repo and I can access as a PWA on any device?

Is the web platform going to turn into lots of different custom renderers built with web assembly? I'm not sure how I feel about this. I like to pretend that the current proliferation of front-end frameworks is ok because it's only a stop-gap measure, and that we can all eventually and get back to web standards and interoperability. This feels like it's a divergence further away from that ideal.

Mastodon is my only social platform, and none of the people who have ever met me in person know mastodon. I'm just an outsider to everyone, so I can be myself in fosstodon.

I like this article, it's why I prefer to release my bigger software projects as copyleft

Playing blocks with my 8 month old son. I'm quite pleased with this one. But he's seems upset I took all the blue blocks.

Can’t believe the differences between and . On here only 2 days and already spoken to 5 different people and gained a follower. Very cool!

@daz I'd say there's a possible violation.

By grabbing the code and deleting previous history they're making a statement that they are the originator of the code in their repository - which isn't the case.

They could be challenged as being the originator of the code by using history from other repositories and, more importantly, the pull request they made on your repository.

Don't lose that evidence.

@daz Wow... I'm pretty sure I just found the fork in question, and just looking at what they're doing is making me feel a bit ill.

Woo hoo! I just reached 1000 unread emails in my inbox. How should I celebrate this important milestone?

I commented on the PR to say it "feels a bit disingenuous" and the response I got was "mmmkay welcome to open source!"

I found out because before they deleted the fork history, they accidentally created a PR in my repo entitled "bring under ownership of cloudelements"

Someone has forked one of my repos on GitHub but into a new repo to delete the fork history, then rebranding it and deleting all references to my repo? Also my repo was a fork anyway, but I forked it properly and submitted a PR back to the original repo in the hope my fork is no longer needed.
