The nothern German state of Schleswig-Holstein wants to make greater use of #OpenSource in public administration with LibreOffice, Jitsi and later #Linux.
The other German states are afaik not participating currently and Bavaria probably never will.

@datenteiler After seeing this before from German cities, universities and regions I just hope they're serious and not using it as a negotiating tactic with Microsoft.
