why are there *zero* C++ IDEs that expand macros and specialize templates during a debugging session? tech wise is perfectly feasible and debugging templates/macros as of now is awful to say the least

@dahrkael i wonder how that would look like, i'd love to see result of some generation routine that runs at preprocessor without having to figure out `gcc -E` output

@justgui try this and write some templated code. it will output all the generated stuff perfectly fine. havent tried with macros but it may work too
