Apparently Signal is down rn. Feel like it happens maybe twice a year (at least in the US)?
I think I've been using Wire for over a year and I've never experienced a real outage (knock on wood!). I guess that makes sense given their economic models, funding, etc., but still kind of interesting. (I use Signal too, but with fewer people.)
@schlink Thanks for mentioning the outage. I just installed Signal yesterday, and thought the issue was with my configuration. Glad I flipped over here before trying to debug
