I would love an extension to bypass consent form. 😒

There are a lot of positive aspects: absolutely silent, doesn’t heat up, amazing battery life but I’m not that impress by the software.

I have a Thinkpad X1 Carbon from 2015 running and apps like Firefox often lauch more quickly on the Thinkpad. Updates on the Mac take so much time in comparaison. Time Machine, the backup app, is still extremely slow.

I received a new MacBook Air M1 at work to replace an old HP laptop running Ubuntu. I must say build quality is still impressive and the sound quality 😱

Two weeks in and I've been having fun with elementary development. With some updates for indicators and the Files app, I feel like I'm starting to get the hang of things.

Can we please, please – PLEASE! not make the nonsensical US date format month/day/year the default in applications? 🤦‍♂️

PRE 👏 TTY 👏 PLEASE

And to all users of that format: it makes no sense, it's counter-intuitive, it makes collaboration frustrating, it introduces inconsistencies and errors... Just stop. Please. Use international standards.
(And don't get me started on your other units of weights, volumes and distances. Bloody hell.)

Boost if I'm right.

Incredible quality of artwork in the submissions for the @inkscape 1.1 splash screen competition. So many world class artists "drawing freely" using #OpenSource. Warms the cockles of my heart 💕 inkscape.org/gallery/=about-sc
