@brandon Isn't that what's happened in every job marked since the beginning of time? Unless you mean the employees at the tech companies are going to get agents?

What happens today is more so the buying off of a department in a company, and that departments employees get transferred over to the new company. But what I'm talking about is employees working on a paid contract that says that they can be traded to another company at any time if the first company so pleased to do so
