Y'know, if you write back to the person who made a thing that you had to interact with, it's quite jarring when you write with anger and contempt at the person who made the thing. Especially if you had a single interaction with the thing.

Also, semi-related: If you're fighting for a cause and want folks to listen to you, the person that (communicating in good faith) opens a discussion with some contradicting point...it's *extremely* unproductive to let that anger you and respond using that anger.

Build a honey empire, not a vinegar moat. Your constructive response will go a lot farther in convincing the other person of your point than the use of vulgar and insults.
