Anytime I need an electronic component (be it a full blown SBC or a simple stepper motor) I feel like I'm on the wrong side of the globe ( ).
Services like FedEx, DHL, ... (to name a few) cost a lot for your average geek.
I really want to fix this issue but don't know where to start.
Any thoughts folks ?

@drowolath I know this is drastic but it seems that the problem is there's no economy of scale. Solution would either be to get a bunch of geeks together to do bulk orders or start your own shop

@brandon Starting a shop seems like a daunting task, but it may well be a good way to tackle the issue. I'll check the demand locally and see how a shop can be relevant. Thanks for the tip.
