Tim Berners-Lee and the World Wide Web Foundation have made a "Contract to the Web". Are we seeing the first building blocks for the constitution of Internet being created?

@beerw0lf Principle 5 reads "Respect and protect people’s privacy and personal data to build online trust" and when I look at the supporters I see Google, Facebook and Microsoft. All three huge privacy offenders. If this is going to be the constitution of the Internet it will be completely meaningless.
