#pinephone update. II got a SIM card from freedompop for more testing. Data seems to be working fine.
On the newest models of BMW, the car will obligingly display a long list of open source software and their licences when requested.
Given the price of the cars, and the nice profits BMW makes every year (around 20 billion US$ in 2019), maybe we should ask them to kick back a few percentage points towards the software they use?
How about other car makers?

So if you ever had an idea for an application you personally need you may find others have a similar desire and you should scratch that itch and start to make a Linux app.
