We've got a new feature for you, and it's BIG:
- A new, zero-downtime backup format that's supported on both Docker and Ansible,
- Exclude media files for smaller backup files,
- On-demand backups directly from the web UI's new "Backups" page, and
- Automatic nightly backups!

The backups generated by Ansible installations are notably the same format as the Docker ones, so you can take the backup generated by an Ansible installation and use it to migrate seamlessly to a Docker one. In fact, our updated `./` script does exactly that.

Today we slightly updated our new backup tool to support backups in either .tar.gz or .zip formats, and switched the default to .zip, which allows for much faster backups as we can instruct the zip command to not try to re-compress already-compressed media files.
