Madame Rouge had a vague, slightly odd, British accent the episode she showed up in Doom Patrol. Now several episodes later it's simply a Scottish accent. Not sure if she changed or if I just recalibrated. I'll have to go back and check at some point. 😃

@clacke FWIW, in the comic books she spoke with what was supposedly a heavy *french* accent. ;)

@array That would make sense given her name. In the show the explanation is that The Brain decided her name.
