But still: not all system APIs are open(ed up). So you can't use a smartphone like a PC and OWN the smartphone OS.
Sadly it's the other way around and PC OS like Windows become more and more like the barricaded smartphone systems: it is hard to get fully admin!
So I think the #DMA of the #europeanunion can only be the first step!
