In the context of a research I'm developping an R package and I would like to run a beta-test of a package before creating a v1 of the package to make sure it fits to the target user base.
Do you know any good resource to collect feedback from users? Or general frameworks?
@almenal99@fosstodon.org@LeNematode One thing that has helped my team is to have a dedicated, easy-to-access channel of communication for that feedback.
We develop software for internal customers, so we all have access to the same MS Teams workspace. We have created a channel to collect feedback about each software product, and we've added the usual users to it. That way they know already where to give feedback and it's visible for all of us
