What Family of Linux do you run?
@fatboy I keep meaning to switch over to Void or Gentoo but I'm (A) too poor to get a decent tester system and (B) lazy, so I'm stuck with Ubuntu for now.

Two sugestion, the dumbster or a vm
The dumbster is not ment to hurt, just mean, you can find alptops and stuff there, also famely and friends can be a way to get some
